Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Sort Lab application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) developed by the Service Provider and provided as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data.

All data created or used by the Application (such as settings or progress) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Service Provider.

The Application does not:

  • Require user accounts
  • Collect personal identifiers
  • Use analytics tools
  • Use advertising services
  • Use external servers

Platform Services

When you download or use the Application from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, Google and Apple may collect certain information as part of their standard platform operations (such as device information or app installation data).

The Service Provider does not have access to any personal data collected by Google or Apple. Aggregate, anonymized data such as device type or app usage statistics may be visible through the platform dashboards, but this data cannot identify individual users.

The Application does not share data with third parties.

No third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising services, or external APIs are used within the Application.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.

Children

The Application is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Since the Application does not collect any personal data at all, no such information is stored or processed.

Security

Because the Application does not collect or store any personal data, there is no risk of personal data being accessed, leaked, or misused by the Service Provider.

Any data stored locally on your device remains under your control and is subject to the security measures of your operating system.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
